Stan Rendon, Ph.D., Senior R&D Director, 3M Personal Safety Division - Fall Protection
Stan Rendon is the Senior R&D Director for 3M’s Personal Safety Division Fall Protection business. Stan leads a global team focused on applying science and engineering to create differentiated, world-class fall protection solutions to help improve safety, compliance, and productivity outcomes.
Stan began his career at 3M in 2006 when he joined 3M’s Corporate Research Laboratory (CRL) where he worked on broadening the reach of precision molding, film and microreplication technologies into key market spaces such as Drug Delivery, Occupational Health and Safety, and LED Illumination. Over the course of his 15-year career, Stan has held a range of leadership roles of increasing responsibility in CRL, Divisional R&D, Application Engineering and at 3M’s Business Group Level.
