Show Plastics the Love It Deserves – After-school SPE STEM Clubs Need You!

When PlastiVideo rolled into Detroit, the response from the public charter school systems, including New Paradigm for Education was overwhelming. Through the SPE Foundation’s community partner, Ecotek Science at Work! Lab, the program gained access to more than 20 schools that were eager for plastics education. Parents and students were fully engaged, wanted access to more quality STEM education, and were eager to learn about career opportunities in plastics. The answer was after-school SPE STEM clubs, but demand has outstripped our resources and we’ve had to turn away hundreds of students. We need your help to serve as many students as we can – our future workforce is depending on it. For sponsorship information email foundation@4spe.org. Or if you want to make a personal gift, the SPE Automotive Division will match the first $5,000 in donations received to double your impact. Donate here. Show plastics the love it deserves today!
