Dr. Jacyr Quadros Jr. is a Chemical Engineer from the University of São Paulo, with postgraduate studies in business and economics at FGV and a PhD from the University of S. Paulo. He co-founded Nexoleum Bioderivados S. A., now Innoleics USA Corp., which is dedicated to pioneering bio-based innovation.  Dr. Quadros has authored numerous technical articles and book chapters, developed a new ASTM method, and is a sought-after speaker at many industry conferences. His groundbreaking work has earned him two commercially successful international patents for renewable PVC plasticizers.
